We are a dance school and so much more. Based in Wicklow, at FYI Dance Club we specialise in Modern Theatre, Contemporary, Hip Hop & Street Dance and have just launched our new magic formula for brain and body fitness , Brain Grooves. Our classes are for students aged 6y/o to adults with content ranging from exploration and play to advanced technique and routines.

Dance enthusiasts who want to pop, lock, break and glide can learn the postures and foundations of Street Dance. Students have an amazing opportunity to learn from one of the only accredited Street Dance teachers in Ireland!
These classes require maturity, dedication and commitment but the reward for students will be the ability to freestyle; learning to link moves together to create authentic and unique Street Dance routines.

We use the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing syllabus to give budding performers a foundation in Modern Theatre Jazz. This structure combined with contemporary practices our own unique approach and expertise keeps classes fresh and exciting every week!

If you’re looking to have fun, improve your dance skills, and learn about Hip Hop culture, then this is the class for you.
New for 2021 now including our unique programme, brain grooves to get your body moving and brain grooving.
During these classes you’ll experience the exciting world of Hip Hop through movement, learning to freestyle and combine moves to make routines. Expect plenty of fast-paced action, foundational techniques... and of course breaking a sweat!
Learn the mindset and techniques behind becoming the best performer you can be. Engage in advanced choreography with a like-minded focused and disciplined team to perform at Youth Dance Festivals and other performance opportunities on the FYI calendar. Best suited for students aged 13+ but students aged 10+ may join and train with the senior team. All students must be taking another technique class at FYI during the week.
